| The gingerbread part of the project is coming to an end, the leftovers have almost all been trifleised (although the tiramisu was a good contender) and the video will soon be coming up on Youtube and here. Now the animation shall begin. For some tasters click here. The visual concept has been reconsidered, so you shall encounter a new Gretel, but still no witch in sight.... | |||||||||||||||||||||||

Join in the feasting and become part of my film. I need about 50 ravenously hungry people to reduce my giant gingerbreadhouse to crumbs. You'll take the role of the evil ones, the new generation of the wicked witch, so come in dark colours, with a hungry stomach and a whetted appetite. RSVP to mailamoon@yahoo.de |

| story - concept | |||||||||||||||||||||||
This is Hänsel and Gretel filtered through my own experiences and anxieties, leaving the cornerstones, as they have impressed themselves upon me from growing up with the story. Gretel now stands alone in the forest, trying to find her way in a world that changes its face as her luck changes. The witch is not the ogre of old fairytales, but evil comes from all sides, unexpected, unplanned. In an age with terrorism and increasingly common natural disasters, the dreadful is decentralized, sleeping quietly underneath the cloak of normality. |
